Ambassador pays a visit to Umnugovi aimag

On October 17-20, 2023, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia, Dzmitry Harelik visited Umnugovi aimag (southern province of Mongolia).

D.Harelik met with the Mayor of the city of Dalanzadgad H. Batbold, with the Chairman of the Khural of civil representatives of the city of Dalanzadgad T. Mendee and other representatives of the regional authorities. The parties discussed the Issues of expanding regional cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Mongolia, as well as issues of supplying Belarusian quarry, agricultural and other equipment.

During the visit, the Ambassador met with parents of students studying at universities and colleges in Belarus and also got acquainted with the work of Belarusian machinery at the “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” JSC quarry. Negotiations were held on further cooperation with operator companies.
