Procedure for accepting of documents

To perform consular actions, you have to prepare the required package of documents (depending on the type of consular issues) and come for advice from the consul.

Requirements for documents

Documents issued by the competent authorities of Mongolia must be legalized by apostille.

Documents in Mongolian (English) are translated into Russian or Belarusian, the translation is notarized.

The procedure for paying the consular fee

The consular fee is paid after the reception of the consul at the office “State Bank LLC” – “Торийн Банк” (located on the 1st floor of the business center “Fides Tower”).
