Born on August 26, 1976, in g. Kirovsk, Mogilev region (Republic of Belarus).

Graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy with a degree in accounting, control and analysis of economic activity (1999), the Academy of Management by the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in public administration and law (2018).

1995 – 1999 – laboratory assistant at the secondary school No. 11, Slutsk, Minsk region

1999 – 2002 – Head of the Department of the Slutsk City Committee, Deputy Head of the Department of the Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Department of the Central Control Commission, Deputy Chairman, Acting Chairman of the Minsk City Control Commission of the public association “Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union”

2002 – 2003 – chief specialist of the department for the development of youth and children's movement, head of the sector of organizational and legal work of the Department for Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus

2003 – 2013 – chief specialist, adviser, chief adviser of the international cooperation division of the department for international cooperation and trade, deputy head of the department for international cooperation and trade — head of the international cooperation division of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

2013 – 2015 – assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus

2015 – 2021 – head of the department for international cooperation and trade of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

since July 2021 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia (presented his credentials to the President of Mongolia on November 8, 2021)
