Born on September 28, 1966, in the town of Dyatlovo, Grodno Region.

Graduated from Vitebsk Veterinary Institute in 1991 and from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2002.

1991 – 1994  – Deputy Commander of the Regional Student Detachment Headquarters, Director of the Vitebsk Regional Youth Voluntary Labor Service

1994 – 1997  – President of the Republican Association of International Youth Exchanges and Tourism

1997 – 2001  – Second, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the public association “Belarusian Patriotic Union of Youth”

2001 – 2012  – Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on State Building, Local Self-Government and Regulations

2012 – 2014  – Head of the Representative Office of the Standing Committee of the Union State in Minsk

2014 – 2024  – Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus

from 2024  – Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Member of the Standing Committee on International Affairs

On April 9, 2026, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia
