On the meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia

On March 13, 2023, of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus and the Embassy of the Russian Federation held a joint meeting with the authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia Dzmitry Harelik, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Mongolia Sergey Kramintsev and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Nyamdorjiin Ankhbayar took part in the meeting.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of Mongolia supporting the candidacy of Belarus in the elections to the non-permanent members of the UN Security Council for 2024-2025.

In addition, Dzmitry Harelik gave detailed information on the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Mongolia in the economic, humanitarian, cultural and other fields.
